Born in İstanbul in 1992.

Pol studied Traditional Turkish Arts and Calligraphy at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University from 2011 to 2016, and continued his graduate studies at the same institution.

Rooted in the formal language and discipline of traditional calligraphy, his practice explores line, repetition, rhythm, and gesture through a contemporary approach. Working across different materials, surfaces, and scales, he extends calligraphic forms beyond their conventional contexts.

His work has been presented in exhibitions and projects in Türkiye and internationally. He lives and works in Istanbul, maintaining an independent studio practice.
